General Rules
This section includes the general rules of the competition and the expected Code of Conduct
1. Eligibility:
- The competition is open to registered teams only.
- Teams must consist of 2-4 members, with each member actively participating in the presentation.
- Each member in the team must have attained age 18 on or before 28th February 2025
- Each member must be either a UG/PG/Research Scholar in CHRIST (Deemed to be University)
2. Registration Process
- Initial Registration for Online Pitch Submission
- Registration for the online pitch submission is free of cost.
- Registered teams will receive an email with relevant details
- The last date to register for the competition is 15 February 2025 at 18:00 PM IST.
- Teams will submit their pitch decks online for the preliminary round of evaluation.
- Advancing to Semi-Finals
- Teams selected to advance to the Semi-Finals must register by paying a fee of ₹1,000 per team.
- This payment is required only upon qualification for the Semi-Finals.
- Penalty for Withdrawal
- If a team withdraws after advancing to the Top 20, they will incur a penalty of ₹700 per team, payable immediately.
- This penalty ensures commitment and fairness to all participating teams.
2. Format:
The competition consists of three stages:
- Online Pitch Submission (Shortlisting Top 20 Teams)
- SemiFinals (Top 20 Teams presenting live)
- Final Round (Top 5 Teams competing for the winning position).
3. Code of Conduct:
- Teams are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the event.
- Any form of plagiarism, unethical behavior, or violation of rules will lead to disqualification.
- Teams must attend all scheduled events and sessions.
- Any misconduct will result in disqualification.
